Do I need an account to shop?+
No — you can browse, add to cart, and place a guest order with just your name, email, phone and delivery address. Create an account later to save orders and wishlists.
What payment methods are supported?+
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Prepaid card/bank options are rolling out per seller.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders in major cities ship within 24–48 hours and deliver in 2–5 working days. Remote areas may take 5–7 days.
What's the return policy?+
Most items are eligible for a 7-day return from delivery. See our Refund Policy page for exclusions.
How do I track my order?+
Signed-in customers can track from Account → Orders. Guests get a tracking link by email after checkout.
How do I become a seller?+
Visit /sell to apply. You'll complete KYC and set up your store before your products go live.
