Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using FANZON you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the marketplace.

2. Buyer responsibilities

Provide accurate delivery information, pay for items ordered, and follow the return policy. Refusing valid COD deliveries repeatedly may result in account limits.

3. Seller responsibilities

Sellers must ship on time, honour advertised prices and stock, and follow FANZON's product policies. Counterfeit and prohibited items are removed and may result in suspension.

4. Marketplace role

FANZON is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Contracts of sale are between buyer and seller; FANZON facilitates payments, shipping, disputes, and refunds.

5. Prohibited conduct

No fraud, harassment, scraping, spamming, or attempting to circumvent security. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
