Eligibility

Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Exclusions

  • Perishable goods, personal-care items, and innerwear (hygiene)
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Digital products and downloadable software
  • Items marked "Final Sale"

How to request a return

  1. Go to Account → Orders and select the order.
  2. Tap "Return / Refund" and pick a reason.
  3. We'll arrange courier pickup within 2–3 working days.

Refund timeline

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3–5 working days. COD refunds are paid via bank transfer or wallet credit.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact support within 48 hours with photos — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
